Done
Everything happened in split second...when he came into the room...when he announced to Steve, Herman, Gabrial and I that if we knew anyone looking for that job...1 second of silence..steve and I looked at each other with excitement..She is the one!!she is looking..okay he said, here is my card...the resume is sent..30 minutes after they called for an interview...3 level interview..with the manager, supervisor and the immediate boss..can you believe it?so friendly...so easy to talk to..why?because I knew two of them...I can't believe all that networking finally paid off..all that time I put driving apparently for no reason to the internal meetings..finally fruited..he asked for my references..but I think its a done deal...William emailed, he said they like you alot...see you at Purdue!!
Thank you God..Finally you gave it to me..The exact thing I needed...when I absolutely forgot the reason of my joy and existence in science.
I got a great job at Purdue Pharma, where one of their products is the pain killer for Cancer patients...I love working in Cancer research..I have lost 2 dear people from that nasty disease..I want to conquer it.

Liberal, NDP, PC and more!!!
Yesterday on our Agora gatherings we had a debate on the hot upcoming election in Canada. From each party there were one person representing. To my astonishment, the meeting went great without much of arguement. It was really friendly. AND I LEARNED ALOT!!I don't know how much to thank them..they really really enlightened me:)Actually one of the questions in my previous posts got resolved. I mean I always thought when you have one group and they cooperate then that would be good enough but having 4 or 5 active parties can really affect the gear on Canada's direction both internal and external. The interesting thing about each party is that for instance you can be a liberal but you can be on the right side and it is okay..I guess it would be not as socially regressive as PC's party is. I don't see why PC don't want to agree with Guy and Lesbian's marriage or Abortion. I mean giving the right to those people won't take the right of others. And as the party representative mentioned, the fact that PC does not have any social plat form, really scares me. What if as he said the right wing on the conservative party is more!!Another thing that I really don't want Canada to get into is becoming US allies...I mean Canada is a peace keeping country. We send troops for peace not for war for gods sake!!!
we don't need to fund the the milatary when the health care is in crisis..or taxes needed to be cut..well that's what I think for this election and for these reasons I won't be voting for Conservatives. Despite the shame and distasteful events that happened under Pual Martin's nose but still I can't let MY CANADA MOVES INTO A DIRECTION THAT IS WHAT MAKES CANADA SEPERATE FROM SO MANY COUNTIRES.

After that hot debate, I had the pleasure of some new people at a poetry night:)..Shams is my favourite it takes me back to 7 years ago..Thanks to the friend who took me there:)
